About Us

Chanti Belts & Buckle Manufacturers cc was created in 2007 in Durban, South Africa. Owner Seelan Naidoo an ex buckle manufacturing manager saw a demand for fashion belts and had decided to go on his own and that is how Chanti Belts was born.

Chanti Belts grew from strength to strength and within seven years we can say that we are one of the biggest belt manufacturing company in South Africa today. With a staff of 60 employees, we have the ability to push out 500 000 belts an average per month.

We supply retail chain stores throughout South Africa. Our relationship with large retailers has created an environment at Chanti Belts of consistent quality, extremely quick turnaround times and completely finished products.

Chanti has a vast independent store customer base which supply up market, smart, trendy and fashionable belts. We pride ourselves on exceptional levels of customer service. We have an in house designer that keeps up the latest fashion trends and custom styles to clients who would like to design and develop ranges specifically for their needs.

It is a family run business, but has an extremely strong management team.
